Law enforcement and the Justice System I continue to work diligently (on this website) to bring to light what transpired in our case. A long time ago I came to under stand that this is all a waste of time. I keep fighting though. When ever I encounter a law enforcement officer (Police Officer, Sheriff Deputy) I give them a business card with this web address, and tell them that I'm reporting a crime of domestic terrorism. Now realize that an officer of the law, take an oath as posted below, but there only words. Meaningless, worthless, words. On my honor, I will never betray my badge, my integrity, my character or the public trust. I will always have the courage to hold myself and others accountable for our actions. I will always uphold the constitution, my community, and the agency I serve. Now don't totally misunderstand me, I have met some really nice law enforcement officers but as far as honorable that is another story. If our evidence was thoroughly investigated it would devastate the Justice System of the State of Missouri. They would have to let thousands of people out of jail, and as an attorney once told me "That isn't going to happen" I even called the FBI about our case and reported to them that I was a victim of domestic terrorism. They looked up our case and told me it was outside of their jurisdiction. Now it is just plain fun. I like to challenge the honor of authority to see the stupid look on their face. All I am doing is reporting a crime. If you want to see the war we fought go to the web address below, type my name in the proper box, (Hefner-Dennis-A) also in the "Search for cases in" pick the "23rd Judicial Circuit (Jefferson County) then click on 23CR305-3560-01 and 23CR305-3560 https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/cases/nameSearch.do
The Plea Deal Though at the time we weren't thinking about anything but writing a plea deal that we could maintain our innocence and when asked questions by the Judge tell the truth while under oath. At the time we thought it was a challenge but looking back it was just, as an attorney would do, present the proper words. I'll explain. I knew, during the hearing, to present our plead agreement, the Judge would ask if anyone forced us to "take" the plea deal or were we threatened or promised anything to "take" the plea deal. We would have to answer "no" to proceed in the hearing. A lot of this is covered in the Deb page but I will go into defining the process that transpired. We wanted to go to trial. All we wanted is our evidence but we weren't allowed to have it. What made pendulum swing in our direction with all the negative against us was the Judge appointed Debbie a public defender. To make a short story even shorter,(and longer) that was the best thing to happen to us at the time. So I took all the work out of the public defender's hands because I knew she wasn't going to represent Debbie and that is what "Forced" me to "Make" a plea deal. Again it is all covered in the Debbie page. So here is where "Words" are important. Being we were "Forced to Make" a plea deal we made sure that everything the Judge ask us, we could answer truthfully. So when in front of the Judge an he ask us "Were we forced to take this deal" we could honestly answer "No" Of course no one force us, we wrote it ourselves. If he would of said did any one force you to make the deal, then that would of been bad news. He also asked if the Prosecutor held any evidence that would prove our innocence, of which we answered "No" In our hearts, mind and soul, as well as evidence we could answer no because we felt as well as have evidence that the Prosecutor destroyed the evidence we needed as well as hiding other evidence to prove our innocence. One of the last things the Judge said was "You realize the Prosecutor takes the plea deal as a plea of guilt" Daaaaa! As stressful it was at the time, I didn't realize how simple minded these people were. It's really kind of fun now. Look at it this way. Debbie who was a High School drop out in her last year and I Dennis who graduated nearly last in my class out did over a dozen Judges and nearly that many Prosecutors and we lost count of the number of attorneys we had as well as a 3 Judge Supreme court panel all the Missouri Bar Association. All of the Jefferson County Missouri Sheriff Department, oh and lets not forget the FBI and the Governors Office as well. Probably more than a thousand years of knowledge against us and we wrote a plea deal that the Judge said was never accepted in these cases and he said that he in this case he was going to take it.
I am going to keep highlighting things that have been happening over the years. I am going to be writing many letters to different people and challenging their Hippocrate behavior. I am going to call them to task. I will put copies of these letters here on my page. I have grown tired of human counterfeits preaching as though their holier than thou Christians but supporting the Devils ways.
